A quick swipe, looking into the past/ verses what we become
How I feel about insitutionalism? early faith was based on relationship, so was government, the depersonalization of the people working in place of structurethe dictorial forms was assumed over a respectable caring relationship, of the past.Led to demise of creativity, ability, and the collaspe of business, fellowship or any other fabricated institution one after another, greed has it;s price. The populace lost control of it;s rights and nation to minor groups often of forign orgin.
The places I saw in the 1960's were driven by community, which was primary concern that;'s gone now, and driven by depersonalized techniques of managing people as if they are heard of wild beasts was described by some in a recent article.
The industries once the considered the best are now reduced to having to struggle win any credibility back if at all poosible the work force that knew what it was doing is nearly gone but few places trying to regain a more healthy way of thought and soul..
It commited surcide sir, the bookthe sorcide of super power is terrific read, it defines the complacant state within a loss of freedom and the destruction of the family unit and compromise to an upside dow culture perhaps unable to escape the free fall state it;s in.. By it;s own intent and still tries using the same thinking which wrecked to do better by.. Perhaps is the most stunning event of all.
, by it;s very structure the people, were it;s builders were soon abused through threats for higher performance thus created a distain for those who led latter on., In place of those who once saw them as vital and community contributing both ways over time disintergrated, a study in the social dynamics of a nation committing sorcide is well spoken for in PATS' BOOK.. My catch on some of the features.
